I am pretty much an easy going lady but once in a while something happens that really just upsets me to no end.  When I switched on my computer two days ago and found nothing but a black screen with a bunch of white writing on it telling me that the programs could not be started, I really lost my temper.  I need this computer for nearly every aspect of my life so that was a big deal.  A trojan worm totally destroyed my computer and I was devastated.  I was most fortunately able to find a fix on the web and it saved it for me.
