The age old question still exists in the medical world. Which is better, or which do you prefer on your scrub pants? A drawstring band so that you can tie it wherever you want or as tight as you need. Or do you prefer the elastic band on the top so they secure tightly around you waste? It is mostly a matter of preference. There are other options, too but it seems like the drawstring is usually the most popular option. Buttons have been incorporated into the mix, too. It seems like whenever I wear drawstring pants they get untied and fall down, but for some reason this doesnt happen with scrub pants.
