My boyfriend filed for bankruptcy last year. I have been working to find the best way to put his finances back in order. I have always managed my finances well. Although, I have never had to contend with a bankruptcy. I am checking the Charleston bankruptcy law for tips. I found that he can apply to have the bankruptcy removed from his credit report in the future. This may not help him right now, but it gives him something to work towards. It is a shame that this is what had to happen to him. I doubt he will ever touch another credit card.
