Tennis Forehand

4:01 am Recreation and Sports

So let’s define what a forehand is.  The forehand is a shot that can be used in other racquet sports such as table tennis, squash, and badminton. The forehand can be obtained by swinging the racquet across the body in the direction of where the player wants ball to land. For the right-handed player, the tennis forehand shot would start on the right side of the body and continue across the body as contact is made with the ball.  It finishes on the left side of the body.  In the game of tennis the forehand is the easiest shot to master.  The tennis forehand is the most natural stroke. In fact both beginners and advanced tennis players basically have a better tennis forehand.
