As a parent we often worry about our children. I used to think that ended when they moved out of the house and lived on their own. I was wrong. My son lives in Phoenix and I live in Boston. He called me, excited by the prospect of buying his first home. I was worried about housing prices and Phoenix mortgages. I am so proud to tell you that my son did very well in choosing and financing his new home. I just returned from a visit and the home is beautiful and structurally sound. After a few questions I know that he also got a great deal on his mortgage. One less thing to worry about, but I am sure that there will be other things, soon.
