Something I found was pretty neat when I was checking out thesis theme was the fact that you can actually add your own personal Google analytics or Mint tracking code right from the control panel instead of doing it in the back end. This will save hours of work I am certain especially if you are anything like me and have to redo them over and over until you get it just right. I have appreciated the clean design of Thesis Theme as well. It just seems more cleaned up for me than any other program I have dealt with.
