When I found the latest in shades technology, the Blackout Cellular Shades, I was amazed at how cool they looked. They come in a bunch of different styles, looks and even transparencies (or opaque). There are blackout versions that block all light and come in dark colors, and others that are simply cellular shades that can come in a range of colors bright or otherwise that can let in some light causing a nice colored hue in the room or that give you more control over how much light you let in. If you have a window, for example, that gets direct sunlight and you want to defuse that light but still get some light out of it for your home, you can use these to do this!
