My husband and his buddies enjoy playing football together on Saturday afternoons in the summer.  He loves this guy time with his friends and I like that he is able to get out of the house because he comes home refreshed and ready to take on the kids!  I regularly encourage him to get fresh air for this reason.  However, after injuring his back in a football game a couple of weekends ago, he has not been playing.  I encouraged him to find a Sports Chiropractor that could help him keep his back pain under control.  I need him to play with his buddies!
