I Added Fibre to My Diet and Lost Twelve Pounds

I recently added wheat bran, fruits and vegetables to my diet, and I lost twelve pounds. Each day I replace three snack food items with High Fibre Foods. I had no idea that I would feel full and want to walk away from the snacks that I used to love. I am not a fan of these foods and will get accustom to the taste over time. I have to admit that I feel great and have more energy since I changed my eating habits. I would recommend that everyone who is trying to lose a few pounds to add fibre to their diet before giving up on their weight loss goal.
