hello my name is titus peace i have not had the best of days i have had some blokes in today filling my hole on the drive the noise was unbelievable it was beginning to make me a bit irate, so when they had finished i decided to go to the gym to try and clear my mind so i had my usual sports supplements a usn pure protein vanilla flavour shake before and after and had a great pumping session at the gym and then did a bit of cardio work i then took a brisk two and a half mile walk home which has done me the world of good and feel a lot more relaxed as a result.
