I am in training at my work place to get the next job up the ladder and it has been quite a long process for me to make this sort of a leap. I had to get my degree first and that was something that took three years of night and weekend school in order to finish up what I had started so long ago. Now that I have the college credentials and the graduate degree behind me, I have to take several project management courses that are specialized and follow a formula that my company likes to follow for all large projects.
