I Had Twenty Four Hours to Learn What Asset Management was
September 29, 2009 2:15 am BusinessI am lucky to have graduated from college. Like many young people who have had things handed to them, I thought going away to school was an excuse to party. This is the reason I found myself, in my sophomore year, completely unprepared to face a major exam about wealth management. Too late I realized I had twenty-four hours to learn everything I could about asset management in switzerland. I begged a kind senior to tutor me and she explained wealth management so vividly that I became fascinated with the field. Not only did I pass the course, but began working to understand this new interest. It paid off, too, because I changed majors and graduated near the top of my class.
