My son’s wrestling coach helps him improve his skills by getting down on the mat with my son and going through the different holds and maneuvers needed to win a match. He doesn’t stand on the edge and yell out the instructions. He steps into his position as coach and mentor, by participating in the instruction process.  I want the same professional involvement from the mentor I have through my chiropractic coaching program.  As a chiropractor I want to know that the coach I have knows all of the right techniques and suggestions, giving my practice more points in the win column.
